My Dashboard is a blank screen / Is not loading!

WB Plus Admin -

If you find at times that your WB+ Dashboard or page has basically gone blank it is best to attempt to log out/log in from WB+ (not just reload/closing the app or your browser).

You need to click either you Name (if on computer/tablet) or the Hamburger menu (smartphones/WB Live app) and choose **Sign Out**
This will then take you back to the Welcome/Login page where you can then choose to LOGIN again.

If you are still having issues then please contact the WB+ Administrator.
