On Saturday 12th March a small update to WB+ caused an issue where the Forgot Password email link was directing users to a blank WB+ Landing Page.
User's were not able to update/change password via this method but were able to contact the WB+ Administrator to temporarily have their passwords reset.
This issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing something similar you may need to clear your browser cache/cookies/history and restart your browser. Alternatively you can open an incognito/private browsing window (In Chrome press CTRL+SHIFT+N, in IE and Firefox press CTRL+SHIFT+P).
