Authentication Error/Authenticating Error/An error has occurred during Authentication

--UPDATE-- 
On Friday 20th April, 2016 we made some updates to our WB+ services. Since then users with:
- iOS versions below 6.0 (iPhone 4/4S)
- Android versions below 4.3.1 (e.g. Samsung S4/S3 and below)
will receive "An error has occurred during Authentication" messages when attempting to LOGIN to WB+

If you are experiencing this issue you will need to update your iOS/Android OS version. Please visit the Settings/General/About section of your iOS device (different for Android) to check for the most recent updates - Also, be sure to backup any of your data/software before making any updates to your OS.

If you have been a Whistler Blackcomb customer for a while, or have purchased multiple products at different times online or in person, then you may have multiple customer profiles in our Whistler Blackcomb database.

- Try a different/alternate email address, this could more than likely still be your online WB username.

At times, some users will only have a 'username' - That is, they do not need to login with an entire email address, more so, just the part of the email address to the left of the @ symbol.

N.B. The first email address/ username your signed up with Whistler Blackcomb will usually be your login for WB+ - although your Primary email - where your WB updates, offers emails go, will most likely be updated to the most current/preferred email contact.
